1999 Paul Moliter Jersey Retirement Game Original Ticket - Brewers v. Twins. Friday, June 11th, 1999 saw the Milwaukee Brewers retire Paul Moliters’ number 4 before their game against the visiting Minnesota Twins, Paul being a native of St. Paul. The Brewers lost 9-7 on the night, but honored “the Igniter” with a ceremony beforehand. Paul entered the Hall of Fame on his first ballot in 2004, and ended his career with over 3,000 hits and 500 stolen bases, the fifth player all-time to ever do so. He was an accomplished hitter with a long, productive career. The game was also one of the last major games of Milwaukee County stadium, before it was torn down to make room for the construction of Miller Park. The tickets have been in temperature and moisture controlled storage for years, so are in excellent condition. Would be a great gift for a collector or fan, and tickets are sent in protective cases. Shipped with USPS First Class Mail Large Envelope.
